THE Advanced Reiki Training includes additional techniques which were added to create the ART class give students additional healing skills. They were developed by following inner guidance and combining techniques and understanding from other healing methods. The Reiki grid comes from specific information about the energetic properties of crystal and how they interact with Reiki energy and especially making use of a crystals ability to absorb the intention of the Reiki practitioner. The sitting meditations come from combining Yantra meditation with the Reiki symbols and the use of the microcosmic orbit meditation which is part of Qi Gong and Taoism. The moving meditation comes from combining an understanding of the principles of Qi Gong with Reiki symbols and energy and with affirmations. Aura Clearing (Physic Surgery) is a combination of shamanism, NLP and Reiki.
