SRT Techniques Part 14 - A Fresh and Positive Start to 2010
SRT Techniques Part 14
A Fresh and Positive Start to 2010
With a month left till we herald in a brand new year in 2010, it is an opportune time for us to take stock of a year that is coming to a close and re-visit the resolutions we have made at the beginning of the year.
Using SRT to work with High Self Committees can certainly give us a clearer idea of how far we've gotten along in carrying out 2009's resolutions. The steps below can serve as a guide in assisting us on our journey of self reflexivity.
1) List down the resolutions you had made at the beginning of 2009. If you have more than one resolution, repeat the steps below for each different resolution.
2) Ask your High Self, on a scale of 0 to 100%, what is the percentage you have been achieved vis a vis your resolution.
3) If you do not obtain a 100%, ask if there are any programmes which hindered your achievement. Wait for a Yes or No answer.
4) If yes, go to SRT Chart 01 to find out the reason and programmes. Use the Standard SRT Basic Procedure for clearing.
5) Use the Chart 6A & 6B to find out more information and advice from your High Self Committees why you were not able to carry out the resolution.
Moving on, once the old has been cleared, it is time to welcome the new year on a fresh, clean slate. You can work with SRT and High Self too when you sit down to set down your resolutions for 2010. This is what I would to do work with my High Self in setting my resolutions. You can adopt or adapt the steps as you deem fit.

Example : My resolution for 2010: A new job I love which earns me an income of US$7,000 per month.
Questions for my High Self:
1) Based on my current level of consciousness (attitude, personality, behavioural, perception, judgment and belief system) what are the chances of 100% success for my resolution within the next 12 months (Use % Chart to find out the percentage.)
2) If success rate is not 100%, which areas can I improve myself in terms of consciousness. Go to Chart 01 to find out the prescribed advice.
3) Vis a Vis the resolution, what percentage does the negative ego play in influencing me to make this resolution. Of course, the lesser the part the negative ego has to plays, the better it is. This will help identify whether I am making the new year resolution out of love, or out of fear. If my resolution is influenced a large part by the negative ego, visit chart 6A to find out the discordant energy that is affecting my resolution.
4) Go to Chart 6A and investigate what negative expression and energy I might consciously or subconsciously be holding which can sabotage the manifestation process.
5) Go to Chart 6B, what positive expression should I focus on consciously and subconsciously in order to bring my resolution to fruition.
With the above information, you will be have a better picture of “who you are” and be put in better stead to achieve your resolution both on the outside and the inside!
