SRT Techniques Part 7 – Working with Chakras
Most of the healing modalities, eastern teaching and new age healing systems have at some point made some mention about chakras. As a general rule of thumb, chakras are the main energy centers and directly/indirectly affect our four body system. The four bodies being the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
Definition from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra
A chakra is believed to be a center of activity that receives, assimilates, and expresses life force energy. The word chakra literally translates as wheel or disk and refers to a spinning sphere of bioenergetic activity emanating from the major nerve ganglia branching forward from the spinal column. Generally, six of these wheels are described, stacked in a column of energy that spans from the base of the spine to the middle of the forehead. And the seventh which is beyond the physical region. It is the six major chakras that correlate with basic states of consciousness...
In SRT, High Self revealed that we have 700 minor chakras in the body that are called meridians. There are originally seven major chakras in the body and 18 others that are part of the soul body.
Here are a list of questions we can research on using a pendulum and SRT charts to ask High Self related to chakras:
- Out of 725 Chakras, how many (or percentage) of my chakras have blocks?
- Are there any discordant programmes blocking my chakras? If yes, use SRT Standard Research procedure and go through the charts for research and clearing.
- Are there any discordant energies blocking my chakras? If yes, go to Chart 6A to find all the energies for clearing.
- After clearing has been requested, ask High Self to request for healing of the chakras. Imagine the beautiful and higher cleansing energies flushing through the four body system and filling up all your chakras. Take a few minutes to visualise the process and enjoy it.
It is best to take a few minutes to request and follow through with the clearing process. Of course, it is important to enjoy the healing that takes place as well. It is about the intention, involvement and participation of the individual.
Some people think that once they have cleared the chakras, it will cleared permanently. Unfortunately, this is not true. How long the healing process can hold for depends on the individual's level of consciousness.
Some people clear it in one instant and in the next moment, it can be blocked again by negative thinking or activity. It is our responsibility to keep the chakras clean and vibrating at the optimum positive level. Just like showering and cleaning our physical body daily, our four body system, consciousness and chakras also require the same level of maintenance on a daily basis!
