Sixth Sense

Utilizing our Sixth Sense doesn't always or only means seeing dead people. Yes, it has a lot to do with the third eye, being psychic and seeing things that are 'not there'. But it goes beyond seeing. Our sixth sense is the inner sense that exist on a higher level.  Your Sixth Senses constitute not just third sight or clairvoyance, but also three other major forms of inner senses: clairaudience (auditory), clairsentience (feeling) and claircognizance (clear knowing).

Basically our Sixth Senses are the senses of our Soul. Where our human physical self would have the five basic senses, our Soul has its own set of more expansive senses that pierce through the heavy veil of the material world.

They are nothing out of the ordinary. They have always been there. Because it is subtle, often we don't know that we have it or if we do, we either deny it or glamorize it. If you understand that everything is energy, then you would understand there are other vibrational stimuli that exist beyond your usual physical radar. When we start to open up to this capacity, an entirely new world opens up. Your Sixth Sense helps shifts your paradigms from a mindset of limitation to an inner knowing that there is only possibilities, infinitely.

The physical mind is limited in the sense it serves as only a reservoir of memories. Whatever you analyze, understand and think of from this level, it is working with the same pool of resource -- that of which you had gathered on the material plane. Opening up the Sixth Sense gives you access to a neverending pool of energetic resources, one that is filled with everything that anyone has thought of, and never thought of. It is a space of potentials, possibilities, ideals, ideas, creativity. Harnessing your higher mind allow you to connect to this pool and 'download' the information with more ease and clarity.

Your Sixth Senses aren't child's play, yet neither are they atomic bombs. Yes, you can play with them, have fun with them, but ultimately I would recommend that you handle them with care. It's always good to set an intention why you would like to open up your Sense no.6. Here are several ways you can use your Sixth Senses fruitfully:

To connect with higher vibrating guides
There is a world out there where higher beings, or more evolved beings reside. Your Sixth Sense helps you connect with them and assists you in seeking higher guidance. These higher guides are like your personal spiritual guides, your angels, Archangels and ascended masters.

To be a channel of higher creativity
This correlates to the first point. To open up your Sixth Sense means you are saying yes to being one with the Divine and hence allow yourself to serve as a clear channel for divine ideals, divine creativity and divine energy to be anchored here on Earth.

To communicate on a Soul level
Your Sixth Sense also allows you to develop your innate ability to communicate on a telepathic level. Telepathic communication is a higher level of communication, but is achievable at a basic level by most people, if they are open to it. Soul communication utilizes telepathic skills to transfer not just thoughts but also feeling (tele-empathic, some calls it) to Souls on earth and not on earth.

To travel astrally
Astral travel is sometimes also known as Soul travel. You can travel through your consciousness to different vibrational spaces and experience those spaces via your Sixth Sense.
