When is your last time to say sorry and asking forgiveness to yourself?

Most of the time, when we are in argument or any similar situation, either fighting who's right or wrong, from the argument became ruining the friendship, relationship or even causing anger, injustice. (it is just external factors)

and next, we are holding those energies for days or weeks consciously (sub-consciously probably years).

And next, those energies became part of your belief system & behavior. and continuously carry out that pattern to your friends & family etc.

Next, it manifest became illness in your physical body.

Next, worse became cancer and die.

Next, continuously and carry forward the energies to next life.

It just like a snowball effect.. rolling and rolling and never ending....

so.. have you ever say sorry to yourself and asking forgiveness to yourself by holding that discordant energies within you? Even you think you are right in certain situation?

the key here is.. back to the question, it is not about whose wrong whose right? it is about you are holding the energies within, that's the problem!

So, when you are in any situation, no matter how small or tiny it is, just forgive yourself by saying "Please forgive me".

Not asking you to ask forgiveness from the other party, it is asking yourself to say forgiveness to yourself, to your soul, to your emotion body, to your mind, you don't need to say sorry to god, as god don't need your forgiveness, you saying it to god, spirit, high self, higher self to ask them to facilitate the healing for you.

And don't forget to say " I LOVE YOU " to yourself too. :-)
