The Ruler

When we facing challenges either in life or in works, the first thing always feeling stuck and unable to find a perfect solution on it. The mind will keep on thinking and thinking and getting frustration.

Or.. we start blaming peoples around and causing the problem.

So, we're feeling stuck and unable to move ahead.

So, we're letting the situation and challenges rule us.

So, We're letting the frustration & helplessness energies rule us.

Why not turn around and let my mind ruling again and take charge on the way of thinking, at least the mind is mine and i can claim back my power anytime instead of letting the external factors causing imbalance of our 4bodies?

So we still have the choice, choice to think in what perception and belief on what to belief.
