The Mental Body

The first impression of mental body you may start relating to the physical brain, to make it more clearer. the mental body formed by conscious mind, sub-conscious mind and super-conscious mind.

Conscious mind = the conscious mind is a rational mind, we use it to think, to make decision, and sending the command to sub-conscious mind. this mind have very little of memory. a good example will be the computer processor.

Sub-conscious mind = the memory bank, the recording device. the sub-conscious mind store all our habit, behavior, memory, programming from past lives. How the person act are much affected by the sub-conscious mind.

Super-conscious mind = the higher aspect of soul consciousness, the one who have the wisdom learned from the past, sometime we call it higher self.

In Chinese, the old one said it will never able to change someone personality & attitudes. Why?

This is due to the accumulation and load of memory, programming that stored in the sub-conscious mind to manifest the result of the personality.

How to change some one if the person being "tie-up" with all the programming???

For example, if you create a program (software) and installed in computer to perform a task, the program will be loaded, active and running the command continuously without stopping. Similar to our mental body, if we sending certain discordant command from conscious mind to sub-conscious mind, if the command is very intense and keep on creating the thought forms, the sub-conscious mind will manifest the program and keep on running behind. (even we don't need to consciously think of it). So, if we have ten thousands live times accumulating and running similiar program, what will it happen to the person then?

So, if all the past lives negative programming storing since this life, and all our past lives. If the programs are very negative, it will indirectly causing many life challenges, lessons to us. We can clear, reprogram all these programming, providing we are exercising honesty it is something we need to work on.

That's why, one we are in the re-incarnation process, it is the chance for us to work and deal with all these programming. For my personal believe, this is what spirituality all about, to work on oneself, to clear the negative program, establish the positive expression, in order to be free from re-incarnation and move on.
