Laziness & Procrastination
Oh I love it! it seems like this is one of my favorite “hobby” in this life time! LOL
Going to gym? Well I will have to get changed to sport clothes, wear my socks, pack my short & long towel to my bag, wear my sport shoes, open the door from home and drive my car out, at the car park to press the car parking ticket, park the car, press the lift, checking-in at fitness centre reception counter, walk up to changing room, unpack my bag, lock the locker, warming up exercise, 1 hour treadmill exercise, so “physically tiring”! ok.. I have to continue with building chest muscle, torso, legs, etc ok, maybe stop now and do it next day… LOL!
Why is it so troublesome?? Why does it need to do so many things just to go for gym to be part of my physical health plan? Think again, I have forgotten I’m in the physical world. A world full of physical experiences! Ok, let’s shift back to the mind of GOD, to enjoy the process of gym, and be gratitude to be here on earth. It’s “Once in a life time” travelling on earth and let’s value all of our “Physical Experiences”!
Positive Expression to overcome Laziness & Procrastination:-

4) Love of Life
5) Love of Self
6) Gratitude
7) Discipline
8) Purpose
9) Passion!
