Haunting by the Past Experiences

Recently a client of mine asking me, she is having difficulties to let go of the past dramatic experiences and those feeling haunting her time to time.

From what i felt, the past experiences really has making her to stay in certain concrete behavior & personality. it became an pattern to the way she talk & re-act.

for such case, the person must have a strong will power and conscious mind to make a positive change instead of hoping others can help her out of the "zone".

No one in our life can heal or change a person unless we ourself initiate the WILL to change. Other's can assist but not able to taking on the responsibility, so we call it as Co-creation healing process.

Put it in the simple term no one can take away a person memory as it is already part of the soul & mind, while we are ready to let go the pain, we shall find a positive belief to replace the VOID.

For example :-

If we have an past experiences of being abuse by parents in childhood, it have created a pattern of being victimized, let say it may caused self limitation and low self esteem issue, when we grown up it is became part of our personality and attitude.

Once we are able to identify this is the case, we shall have a strong will to make a change on it.

Self Preservation & Self-Esteem

Every moment, we shall ask ourself, are we used to the behavior of Self Limitation & Low Self-Esteem toward self and peoples around, or are we practicing a new practice of Self-Preservation & Self Esteem.

It is not an easy to to learn something new since it is kinda "new thing" to our mind, but only through constant practice, visualize and acting, we are able to master it.

just like learning a new language or skill for the mind, if the mind have no such knowledge, it will need to take time to program into our sub-conscious mind.

It is same as positive attitude, behavior & perception.
