DRESS UP YOUR BODY, MIND & SOUL is part of a series of holistic workshop & talks organised by meditation.com.my & TwentyTwelve Management, focusing on a variety of topics on how to care and nurture your body, mind & soul for success in relationships with self and others. Participants will benefit from the sharing of insights and knowledge by local and international experts, and be able to take home fantastic tools and know-how, not just to nourish the outer physical aspects, but ultimately to let their inner beauty and awakened wisdom shine forth.

What is our goal? To be practical, grounded and able to share effective workshops and seminars, by offering affordable and uncomplicated methodologies to participants who are interested in self healing & inner self development. The workshops are facilitated by Local & International Speakers, who are experts in their field.

For this first event, we are inviting Peter Lum, the image creative force on successful TV shows such as the “Malaysian Idol season 2,” “So You Think You Can Dance Malaysia seasons 1 & 2,” “One In A Million seasons 1 & 3” and the Mentor of “Project Runway Malaysia”. We also have Shamala Tan, an exceptionally perceptive and insightful motivational speaker, facilitator, counselor and life coach. Shamala is also a wonderful healer with the gift of telepathy. Shamala’s work has taken her around the globe, working with both regional and international audiences.

In this 1st event, we are focusing on how to nurture and take control of your true self by out-fitting your body, mind & soul - from inside out - with the right and effective tools to achieve a successful relationship with yourself and others.
