My latest 'addiction', though I hesitate to call it an addiction, it is really my latest craze or passion - Green Smoothie.
Thought I'd share this with you:
Bananas
Raw baby spinach
Goji Berries (soaked in water)
Dates
These are all raw ingredients. Experiment with the quantity of each ingredient (however you fancy really!) and blend everything together with water. Makes a very yummy smoothie for breakfast or snack.
Now for those of you who are still hooked on alcohol, this smoothie actually helps you to get healthier in your lifestyle choices. The more you drink something healthy, the more your body is going to crave healthier things! So give it a go!
I know several people have said they have set deadlines to quit alcohol, I hope this smoothie will help you in your transition. Let me know if you would like more raw smoothie recipes....
