SRT Techniques Part 3 – Learning from Past Lives

In the new age movement, past life regressions or readings are undeniably highly
popular and much sought after. Many people go for past life readings in order to
find out who they were in their past lives. Many would feel proud and excited
that they have had important roles such as kings, queens, high priest or
priestess etc. There is really nothing wrong in wanting to know who we have been
in our past lives. However, it is most important to be mindful to remember the
lesson of that past life and what we have learnt from it. Be clear too, about
our intention for embarking on a past life reading.
The casts are just casts, individuals with roles to play, to facilitate the
acting out of a lesson that we have yet to learn.
Personally, I have never asked what have I learnt from past lives, as I am only
interested to know the lessons or learning that I have yet or failed to learn.
We use SRT to research into lessons that we have not learnt or learnt wrongly,
collect the necessary information, contemplate, and therefore, learn it
consciously. Isn't that a wonderful way of learning?
Do remember that Spirit, Masters, Angels and High Self committees are always
there to help us to learn. We just need to know that we can ask for their help.
Ultimately, SRT is just a tool, a system, to enable us to ask for help. At the
end of the day, it is how much we want to use it to help ourselves or others
that truly matters.
