When I was 10 years old, I used to play "spirit of the coin" with my two best
friends in school. What we did was that we wrote down numbers 0 to 10 on a sheet
of white paper. With the 3 of us touching the 50 sen coin with our index
fingers, we started asking all sorts of questions. When I saw the coin moving
by itself, I felt so excited! And know what? All the answers to the questions
that we asked were really accurate and they happened in the near future!
Weeks later, our teacher found out that we were playing "spirit of the
coin". She told us to stop playing it as it is actually calling the spirits
around us and if we didn't handle the game well, the spirit or spirits could
follow us. Ever since then, with the fear instilled in us, we stopped playing
"spirit of the coin".
Seventeen years later, I saw a friend of mine playing with a pendulum and the
pendulum was moving by itself. The feeling of enthusiasm and excitement was
back! "How did you do it?" "Where did you learn it?" I had so many
questions. I then learned that that was called dowsing. After that I attended
a dowsing workshop. After the workshop I practiced dowsing but somehow found
that the answers to my questions were not really accurate. Months later, I heard
about Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT), which uses a technique similar to
dowsing. SRT combines and uses a series of charts for the purpose of checking
and clearing negative energies. The difference with SRT is that the questions
are posed to my High Self and SRT is an aspect of spiritual practice. I of
course attended the SRT class.
The big difference with SRT compared to dowsing or the spirit of the coin is
that you are asking questions to your High Self who are light beings of high
consciousness through safe step-by-step procedures. From the SRT class, I
realised that using the pendulum did not just help me to find answers to
important decisions and choices by asking High Self (we need to ask High Self to
do research on the option first before High Self has enough information to
advise us) but also help me to research my past lives.
Based on the information researched on my past lives, I'm able to know why I
have certain challenges in this life, and I'm able to ask Spirit to clear those
remnant energies. Once the energies are cleared, I would feel so much lighter
and I would be able to deal with my life lessons much easier.
In the past, I used to be easily cheated by other people as I was too
trusting. With the help of my High Self, I now usually check with the light
beings as to what energy or energies are involved with other people before
making any decision.
In the spiritual growth aspect, if I have certain life challenges with other
people, I am able to find out by asking High Self what I need to learn from that
situation. I then learn it and move on.
After six years of practising SRT, Darreck sincerely wishes to introduce the SRT
method to everyone who have had similar experiences like he has had (or even if
none) and who would like connect to light beings or their High Self with the
essence of their inner child with a pure heart through SRT.
The 3 days SRT Basic class will be held at:
(1) Lightworks on 13th to 15th March 2009; and
(2) The Violet Flame on 24th to 26 April 2009.
