SRT Techniques Part 14
A Fresh and Positive Start to 2010
 
With a month left till we herald in a brand new year in 2010, it is an opportune
time for us to take stock of a year that is coming to a close and re-visit the
resolutions we have made at the beginning of the year.
Using SRT to work with High Self Committees can certainly give us a clearer idea
of how far we've gotten along in carrying out 2009's resolutions. The steps
below can serve as a guide in assisting us on our journey of self reflexivity.
