I think this is a common issue for people on spiritual path (or everyone). They
usually have a sense of feeling of being unable to fully express their talent,
skills, to --  help others.
We always think that we are gifted, but nobody is seeing it or recognizing it.
and this thought form has become another sense of "lack".
This is just another issue for other people- how they "value" the "diamond", to
realize how precious you are. So if we keep on focusing on the mud, obviously
the "diamond" will not be able to shine as it is.
Step to clear the mud:-
1) Identify the quality of the "diamond" in you.
2) Identify the mud which is covering your diamond. Is it self-pity, under-dog,
low self-esteem, rejection, limitation or conflicting egos playing trick here?
Seek deeper again, what is the root causes of the egos pattern? Childhood
trauma, or past live issues?
3) Clear the mud!
4) Keep on shining like a diamond, and shift all the ego patterns you have found
to the expression of all the positivity at all times.
Of cause, there are many different grades and quality qualities of diamond, only
through dedication and discipline, continuous effort to improve self then only
you are able shine like AAA Grade diamond.
What Next? It might have the possibility lead to "Spiritual Pride"!
