Spirituality Malaysia : New Habit New Habit ================================================================================ Shamala Tan on 07 June, 2009 03:23:00 I intend to run the 1/2 marathon again at the end this year and I just started proper training a week ago. And I am glad to share that I have cultivated a new habit of listening to audio books while running. These are mostly motivational and inspirational audio books that I am listening to. I normally use these audio books while commuting, but I realised that listening to them while running would in fact save me even more reading/listening time and this would also enable me to listen/read more books! So I am now more than ever excited to train for the 21km race. We are all creatures of habit and as I have shared previously, we do everything out of habit from thinking positively to acting positively or thinking negatively to acting negatively and so on. Nothing gets me going more in life than reminding myself to keep doing positive and inspiring things day in and out. And I try to cultivate new positive habits as often as I can. When I am focusing on doing positive things, I won't have the time or energy to indulge in negative things! Have you formed a new positive habit today?
